CSI:NY was the only installment in the franchise to win it’s timeslot last week, continuing it’s season long winning streak.

On Monday night, the Golden Globes helped NBC win the night by a landslide. The network averaged a 13.2 rating /20 share, placing it well ahead of FOX’s 9.2/13 and CBS’ 6.3/9. CSI:Miami scored a 7.7/12 with a repeat episode, against the Golden Globes with 13.5/21 in the 10:00 timeslot. What About Brian came in a distant third with 3.4/5.

FOX was the king of Wednesday night, thanks to the return on the virtually unbeatable American Idol. FOX scored a 20.2 rating/30 share over CBS’ 7.1/11 and NBC’s 5.0/8. At 10:00 pm, CSI:NY won its timeslot with a 8.9/14, beating out NBC’s Medium with 6.0/10 and ABC’s Primetime with 5.2/8.

On Thursday night, ABC and CBS tied for first in households, each drawing a 10/.3 rating/16 share for the night. However, in the 9:00 pm timeslot, ABC came out in front with Grey’s Anatomy scoring a 14.1/21, while CSI earned a 13.2/19 for CBS. NBC took third place with Scrubs, 4.1/6, and 30 Rock, 3.4/5.
