Fans will soon be able to solve crimes while waiting in line at the post office.
The CSI franchise is expanding. According to Pocket Gamer, the newest way for fans to get their CSI fix is a mobile phone game by Gamesoft. The name of the game is self-explanatory: CSI: Miami.
Gamesoft created a game last year called Special Crime Unit: Blood On Campus with a theme similar to the CSI shows. The success of that game prompted those in charge of Miami to allow the company to make a game based on the forensic drama. The resultant game, CSI: Miami, is similar to Blood On Campus but contains some familiar faces.
CSI: Miami puts the player in charge of investigating the death of a woman found on South Beach. The stars from the show are present, including Horatio, Calleigh, Delko and Dr Alexx Woods. Players must visit crime scenes, collect and analyze evidence and attend autopsies. The game will be available for download soon.
