The franchise wins in overall viewers and the demographic prized by advertisers.

CSI: Miami came out on top with 13.33 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/10 share in the important 18-49 demographic. Castle (7.61 million, 2.1/6) and Medium (7.58 million, 2.8/8) shared the second and third positions, with Castle pulling in more viewers while Medium won the key demo.

12.01 million viewers ensured CSI: New York's victory on Wednesday, as did the 2.8/8 it earned among adults 18-49. The Unusuals was second with 6.21 million viewers and 1.9/5. A repeat of Law and Order came in third with 5.95 million viewers and 1.7/5.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was watched by 15.42 million people on Thursday, winning its timeslot. Hell's Kitchen was second with 8.05 million viewers, followed by NBC's combination of The Office (8.24 million) and 30 Rock (7.27 million), a repeat of Grey's Anatomy (5.18 million) and a repeat of Supernatural (1.84 million). The NBC combo tied CSI in the key demographic with 3.8/10. In fact, although NBC averaged out to 3.8/10 with the inclusion of Rock's score (3.5/9), Office actually came out ahead of CSI from 9:00-9:30pm with 4.1/11. Kitchen (3.4/9), Grey's (1.5/4) and Supernatural (0.7/2) rounded out the hour. The second week of Harper's Island (8.17 million, 2.2/ 6) came in second behind Southland (9.58 million, 3.1/ 9) in the 10:00pm hour.
