Special Agent Sackheim Returns To 'Miami'

A thorn in Horatio Caine's side will return to CSI: Miami later this season.

Special Agent Sackheim, played by Tom Hillmann, is set to appear in episode eighteen, entitled "Wannabe". Hillmann recently filmed his scenes for the episode and told CSI Files he had a "great time" on the set.

The FBI agent first appeared in "Cross-Jurisdictions", the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode that served as a backdoor pilot for CSI: Miami. But Sackheim really made his mark in Miami's "Double Cap", in which he and Horatio clashed over a suspected murderer in the FBI's witness protection program.

"Wannabe", which is likely to air in March, reportedly centres around a forensics enthusiast who steals evidence from a crime scene. When Tim Speedle finally tracks the man down to retrieve the evidence, the CSI realises that he's stuck with his new friend.
