CSI: Miami earns the crown for its final episode.
On Monday, CSI: Miami held the top spot as it aired the final new episode before the writers' strike is over. The episode pulled in 14.70 million viewers and earned a 4.2 rating/11 share in the crucial 18-49 demographic, easily beating NBC's Medium (9.54 million viewers, 3.3/9).
CBS did not air an episode of CSI: New York on Wednesday. Instead, the network aired part three of the Comanche Moon miniseries, which pulled in 12.06 million viewers from 9:00-11:00pm. The miniseries earned 2.4/6 in the 18-49 demographic, taking second to NBC's new episode of Law and Order in the key demo (Law earned 3.7/10) but beating them in overall viewers (11.55 million for the crime drama).
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation aired a repeat on Thursday, pulling in 14.15 million viewers. It was enough to take the top spot from Celebrity Apprentice (8.99 million), but CSI took second place in the 18-49 demographic with 3.5/9 compared to Apprentice's 3.9/10.
