'Death Grip' Holds Overnights

A rerun of CSI: Miami brought in solid ratings and helped CBS to a tie for first place as the network shook up its Tuesday programming last night.

According to Mediaweek's Programming Insider, "Death Grip" earned a 8.0 overnight rating/12 share. This means that approximately 8% of households in overnight markets with television sets were tuned to this week's episode, and 12% of households watching television at the time had CSI: Miami onscreen.

CBS moved reruns of its popular shows CSI: Miami and Without a Trace after Navy NCIS, which finished first in its hour.

Next week CSI: Miami returns to its usual timeslot on Monday night.
