- Slightly down from last week, CSI: Miami's "Legal" still came through with 14.2% of the American audience, which equates to 21% of those households watching TV that night. It finished second in its timeslot against Fox's Major League Baseball Championship Series, which lifted its network head and shoulders above the rest for the evening.
