The franchise came out on top during the first week back from the winter hiatus.
On Monday, CSI: Miami easily beat the competition with 15.69 million viewers and a 4.1 rating/10 share in the 18-49 demographic. True Beauty was second with 6.51 million and 2.9/7, and Momma's Boys was third with 4.59 million and 1.7/4.
CSI: New York came out on top in the 10:00pm hour on Wednesday with 12.84 million viewers and 3.3/9 in the crucial demographic. Law and Order was second (8.19 million, 2.2/6), and a repeat of Lost came in third (4.57 million, 1.8/5).
William Petersen (Gil Grissom) said goodbye to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation on Thursday, and the show pulled in 24.25 million viewers for his final episode. This put it ahead of Grey's Anatomy (13.10 million), NBC's combination of The Office (8.49 million) and 30 Rock (6.63 million) and the CW's Supernatural (2.98 million). In the 18-49 demographic, CSI earned 6.6/16, Grey's had 5.3/12, Office pulled in 4.4/10, 30 Rock had 3.2/8 and Supernatural came in last with 1.2/3.
