It's win, lose or draw.

On Monday, CSI: Miami came in first with 13.67 million viewers and a 3.7 rating/10 share in the 18-49 demographic. Boston Legal earned second place with 8.83 million and 2.3/6. My Own Worst Enemy came in third with 4.25 million viewers and 1.8/5 in 18-49.

CSI: New York lagged behind the 42nd Annual CMA Awards on Wednesday. The awards show had an average of 15.53 million viewers in the 10:00pm hour, and a 5.4/14 in 18-49 (dropping to 4.9/13 at the half-hour). New York had a season-low 11.62 million viewers and 3.0/8 in the key demo. Law and Order came in third with 7.91 million and 2.2/6.

The top spot on Thursday continued to be shared by CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Grey's Anatomy. CSI was first in viewers with 18.93 million compared to Grey's 15.59 million. In the 18-49 demographic, Grey's came out ahead with 5.9/14, beating CSI's 5.1/12. NBC came in third with a combination of The Office (8.18 million, 4.0/9) and 30 Rock (7.51 million, 3.6/8). Fourth was Kitchen Nightmares on Fox with 4.91 million viewers and 2.3/5, and Supernatural rounded out the hour with 3.91 million and 1.6/4. CSI's lead-out Eleventh Hour continues to win the 11:00pm hour in viewers with 11.69 million, but it came in second behind ER in the 18-49 demo with 3.1/8.
