'The Party's Over' & 'Miscarriage Of Justice' Official Details

The franchise offers two new episodes this week.
On Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT, CSI: Miami will air a repeat of "Won't Get Fueled Again" from earlier this season. The team was on the case when stolen gasoline led to murder--and a dark secret was revealed.
CSI: New York introduces a new nemesis for Mac on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT in "The Party's Over":
- When the Mayor's dead body falls from the ceiling, along with hundreds of balloons, at a charity fundraiser, Stella and her date find themselves in the middle of the crime scene and Mac goes head to head with Robert Dunbrook (Nelson).
This is the eighth episode of New York directed by Oz Scott. His most recent turn in the director's chair was for "The Box" earlier this season. Barbie Kligman has written two previous episodes of the show, including "Taxi".
The following actors and actresses will have guest-starring roles in "The Party's Over":

Craig T Nelson will make his first of three scheduled appearances as Robert Dunbrook, a publishing tycoon, and Julia Ormond is back for the third time as Deputy Inspector Gillian Whitford. Ethan Erickson appeared briefly in "Turbulence" at the beginning of the season, and Jack McGee was in "Forbidden Fruit". Skyler Gisondo appeared in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "Leaving Las Vegas". Craig Woolson also guest-starred on CSI during the show's first season in "Face Lift". Maury Sterling has been on both CSI ("19 Down") and Miami ("Throwing Heat"). Al Vincente was in the Miami episode "Killer Date".
On Thursday, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation investigates a "Miscarriage of Justice" at 9:00pm ET/PT:
- While Langston testifies in the trial of a respected Congressman, new evidence sends the CSIs back to the lab to reopen the investigation.
This is the first time producer Louis Milito has directed for the CSI franchise. Richard Catalani co-wrote this episode with Jacqueline Hoyt. Catalani has 15 writing credits for CSI, including the season eight finale "For Gedda". Hoyt has penned seven previous episodes, the latest being this season's "Leave Out All the Rest".

Jon Wellner is reprising his established recurring role in the lab, and Larry Mitchell is back as Officer Mitchell. This is Rick Worthy's third appearance as Dr Stewart. He was last seen in the season six finale, "Way to Go". Clayne Crawford appeared in a previous episode of CSI, "Chaos Theory", and he was also in the Miami episode "Freaks and Tweaks". Josie DiVincenzo was in the CSI episode "Rashomama", as well as the CSI: NY episode "Sweet 16". Melinda McGraw was in the Miami episode "Wrecking Crew", Vanessa Bell Calloway was in "Speed Kills", and Tomiko Martinez guest-starred in "Body Count". Amy Stewart was in "Summer in the City", the premiere of New York's second season. David Starzyk has appeared in all three members of the franchise ("Got Murder?" on CSI, "Backstabbers" on Miami and "Jamalot" on New York).
The repeat of "Won't Get Fueled Again", "The Party's Over" and "Miscarriage of Justice" begin airing February 16 on CBS.
