A 20-second trailer of the next CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode, "Ch-Ch-Changes", is now up for grabs at CBS's website.
According to The Futon Critic, "The CSI team investigates a transgender woman found brutally stabbed and mutilated. This leads the team into the fringe world of sex changes and transgenders in order to catch a killer." The episode is also the 100th episode of the show, and falls during the all-important sweeps season.

[Police cars and officers collect at a night scene.]
[Sirens and police radios can be heard.]
[A flash reveals a dead woman in the front seat of a car at the scene.]
BRACE YOURSELF FOR A TELEVISION EVENT

[Shot of the feet of a corpse.]
[Shot of Las Vegas at night.]
[Flash: An evidence marker on the ground.]
[Flash: The backs of two people in the crime lab.]
[Flash: Some drops of liquid fall down.]

[Grissom parts the beads in a shady nightclub.]

Grissom: "We're looking for a human butcher."
[Two dressed-up women stare at Grissom.]
[A number of showgirls raise their legs.]
IF YOU THOUGHT THE FIRST NINETY-NINE WERE KILLER...
[The showgirls all arch their backs.]
[Sara looks around a bedroom-looking crime scene.]
[Nick examines a cotton bud with a torch.]
WAIT 'TIL YOU SEE THIS ONE
[Grissom, Catherine and Warrick walk down a dark corridor flashing their torches.]
[The end of the corridor, lined with doors, is shown.]
[The three investigators continue to walk.]
[Warrick enters a dark room off the corridor with his gun at the ready.]

Warrick: "Somebody hit the lights."
Grissom: "Hit the lights!"
