- Zuiker Will Be 'New York' Showrunner
CSI creator Anthony Zuiker decided shortly after the creation of New York to become the show's runner. "I'm at a growth spurt at the moment, at a point where, after four years, I really want to run my own show," the writer-producer told the Winnipeg Sun. - Positive Buzz For 'Dark Motives'

This Week On TV
- Tonight at 10:00pm, CSI: Miami's new episode "Double Jeopardy" aired on CBS. Here's how the network described it:
"The Miami-Dade district attorney loses a highly publicized murder trial in which a husband is accused of killing his young bride and then dumping her body in the ocean. However, the woman's body is recovered from the ocean after the trial concludes and the 'double jeopardy' clause precludes the husband from being tried again. Now, as the CSIs fear that justice may not be served, new evidence suggests that the husband may have practiced on another victim first."
- CSI: New York starts its reruns period with the episode "Jamalot". This is what you can expect from it:
"When a game between rival teams, the Manhattan Minx and Brooklyn Clobbers, ends in the murder of the premier skater in the league, the CSIs must discover if her murder was an act of jealousy from one of her teammates or if she was killed by an opposing skater because of her competitive edge. Meanwhile, Danny and Sheldon investigate the death of a gifted writer who is found with the final chapter of his latest novel written on his entire body, leading them to believe that their suspect likely suffers from hypergraphia. Mia Sara guest stars as Cala Winger, victim Griffin Holden's book editor, who reports him missing and seems more concerned with the missing chapter from his manuscript than with his death."
In addition to the above episodes on CBS, cable channel SpikeTV will of course continue its daily CSI repeats.
