'CSI' Returns To Las Vegas To Shoot 'Killer' Scenes

A few cast members of CSI returned this week to Las Vegas to shoot scenes from the newest episode "Killer."

These included actors William Petersen (Gil Grissom), Paul Guilfoyle (Jim Brass) and Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle), along with the crew. The scenes took place at the Glitter Gulch, one of Las Vegas's strip clubs, and at the Golden Nugget, where they shot a car crash and the arrival and investigation of the CSIs.

CSI hadn't filmed on location in Las Vegas since August. "It's about time we came back to Las Vegas," said producer Louis Milito. "And we will definitely try to get back for the final sweeps episode."

LiveJournal user scullyseviltwin had the chance to go to Las Vegas and see the cast and crew shooting these scenes. She learned the actors look much different in person. "[Jorja Fox] is so much more gorgeous in person. They do NOT do her justice on the show, I swear. Also... who knew Billy smoked? Not me... but he does... but he does it in such a way that he looks like such a schmuck... like he's, as i put it yesterday, trying to be cool 1940's style."
