- CSI: Miami scored another direct hit with the public, finishing as Monday evening's top-rated show with 21.35 million viewers, garnering 15.4% of the American audience, translating to 23% of those households watching TV that night, according to Mediaweek's Programming Insider.
- Phillipines newspaper Sun.Star has run an editorial on the recent firing and re-hiring of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation stars Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle) and George Eads (Nick Stokes).
- Over on the other side of the globe, UK media news site Waveguide reports that CSI: Crime Scene Investigation has secured the first ever award nomination, for "Most Popular Drama", in the UK's National Television Awards for its broadcaster Five.
- Carla Ortiz, who guest-starred as "Amber" in CSI: Miami's "Extreme", will be appearing at the SHINE awards, according to Yahoo! News.
- Australian newspaper Herald Sun reports that Australian Channel 9 will be axing its Sunday night movie in favour of CSI in order to combat Channel 10.
- CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was the most watched program of last week in the US, with 28.4 million viewers (rating 17.4/26) according to Zap2It.
- New Zealand website Scoop has a report on upcoming TV shows to be screened in NZ including CSI: New York, which it calls a "definite Kiwi Hit".
- Master P of hip-hop band Black Eyed Peas will appear in next Wednesday's CSI: New York episode "Grand Master".
