Official 'Bad Words' Details Released

The Las Vegas crime lab will investigate a house fire and the death of a competitor at a Scrabble tournament in this week's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation outing.

TV Guide recently published the below official synopsis of "Bad Words", scheduled to air at 9:00 p.m. on April 15:

Catherine and Warrick suspect a serial arsonist is at work after a house fire kills a teenage girl in a neighborhood where there was a previous blaze a few days earlier; a champion at a popular word-game tournament is found dead of asphyxiation in a men's room and several tile letters are found in his throat and stomach.

"Bad Words" was penned by Sarah Goldfinger, whose previous credits include "Got Murder?", "Forever" and "Homebodies. The episode was directed by CSI freshman Rob Bailey who has helmed episodes of MI-5, The Wire and Without a Trace.

The guest cast includes the following actors:

  • T.E. Russell (Boston Public, NYPD Blue)
