New episodes are still several weeks away, and repeats aren't earning clear victories.

On Monday, the repeat of CSI: Miami came first in overall viewers, pulling in 9.36 million compared the 9.11 million earned by the new episode Medium. In the 18-49 demographic, however, Medium took the lead with a 3.0 rating/8 share over Miami's 2.6/8.

CSI: New York's repeat couldn't compete with a new episode of Law and Order. Law had 9.52 million viewers at 10:00pm, moving to 9.68 million at the half-hour, while New York pulled in 8.66 million in the first half hour and dropped to 8.52 million at 10:30pm. In the crucial 18-49 demo, Law started with 2.8/7 at 10:00pm and increased to 3.0/8 at the half-hour. New York came up short with 2.3/6, dropping to 2.2/6 at the half-hour.

On Thursday, the repeat of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (9.77 million) came in third behind Lost (12.89 million) and New Amsterdam (10.57 million) in overall viewers. (As an interesting note, the new drama New Amsterdam dropped from 12.01 million at 9:00pm to 9.13 million at the half-hour, putting it behind both CSI and Celebrity Apprentice in the 9:30pm half-hour.) In the 18-49 demographic, CSI came in a solid fourth (2.7/7 at 9:00pm, 2.6/6 at 9:30pm) behind Lost (5.3/13, 5.5/13), New Amsterdam (4.2/10, 3.1/7) and Apprentice (3.3/8, 3.7/9).
