Josh Berman Gets Second Shot At Fox With 'Vanished'

Josh Berman's Killer Instinct had a short life, but this year the CSI exec. producer is getting another chance at Fox.

Berman's new series, Vanished, explores the world of missing women. The series revolves around Sarah Collins, the wife of a famous senator, who goes missing mysteriously.

As the season progresses, viewers will get small hints about what happened to Sarah, who might have kidnapped her, and will even explore the possibility of it being a government conspiracy. Vanished is told through the points of view of the law enforcement, and the friends and family members of Sarah.

"Each week, more secrets will be revealed," Josh Berman told Daily Variety back in August. "We're going to have the thrill ride of an investigation, with a fantastic mystery at the heart of the show."

Vanished will be the first series Berman develops as part of a four-year pact the producer signed with Fox last year, which will allow him to create and develop shows for the network. The premiere date of this new series is yet to be announced.
