'CSI' Season 4 Cover Art Released

Grissom and the gang grace the cover of the 4th season region 1 DVD set of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is scheduled for release on September 14th, just under four months after the season concluded.

TVShowsonDVD posted an advance picture of the set design, which can be seen here. The cover features William Petersen (Gil Grissom) in the forefront, with fellow cast members Marg Helgenberger (Catherine Willows), Gary Dourdan (Warrick Brown), George Eads (Nick Stokes), and Jorja Fox (Sara Sidle) behind him.

The third season of CSI, which featured Catherine and Grissom on the cover, was released just this past spring. The fourth season is not yet available for pre-order, and no information is known about what extras it might contain at this time.

In Region 2 news, the CSI Series 3, Part 2 set is due to be released in a little under a month, on July 5th. The extras on the set include two episode commentaries and two featurettes, "Making It Real" and "The Writer's Room."
