No 'Hard Time' For 'CSI: Miami' In Overnights

Despite challenges from Monday Night Football and a Major League Baseball divisional series, CSI: Miami won its time slot on Monday night and helped CBS to the top of the overnight ratings.

According to Mediaweek's Programming Insider, "Hard Time" earned a 13.2 rating/20 share. This means that on Monday night, approximately 13.2% of households in overnight markets with television sets were tuned to "Hard Time" and 20% of households watching television at the time had CSI: Miami on the screen..

Game five of the American League Boston vs. Oakland divisional series scored a 9.9/14 from 8:30-11 p.m. on FOX. On ABC, the Indianapolis-Tampa Bay football game brought in an 11.4/16 rating in primetime.

CSI: Miami's ratings were .1 higher than last week for "Dead Zone" and second-highest for the night. CBS' Everybody Loves Raymond was the highest-rated show, bringing in a 13.4/18.
