  • CBS has pulled its mini-series The Reagans and replaced it with reruns of CSI, Variety reported. On Sunday, November 16, the network will show the first two season three episodes, "Revenge Is Best Served Cold" and "The Accused Is Entitled". Reruns of CSI: Miami and Without a Trace will fill up the 9:00-11:00 p.m. timeslot on November 18.

  • The Big Bear Grizzly reports that "Jackpot" was shot in the Big Bear Valley town of Fawnskin. The CSI cast and crew injected an estimated $150,000 into the town's economy. Thanks to the William Petersen Appreciation Page for this!

  • An article at the Wichita Eagle looks at how CSI tries to stick to realistic science as closely as possible. Consulting producer Elizabeth Devine takes the newspaper through some of the processes featured in CSI: Miami's "Bunk".

  • "I'd like to think that people [25 years from now] will still remember where they were for a Survivor finale or a Raymond or CSI or any other great event," CBS chairman Les Moonves said recently during the network's 75th anniversary celebrations. The New York Post's response? "Chances are they were in front of their TV sets."

  • The Associated Press reports FOX has cancelled its new drama series, Skin, after just three episodes. The series was produced by CSI executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer and starred Pamela Gidley (Teri Miller).
