- The CSI: Crime Scene Investigation books have been released in Spain. Double Dealer is available as CSI: Doble Juego, while Sin City is called CSI: La ciudad del pecado. Thanks to David Hernando for this!
- The Newark Star-Ledger has named CSI's opening sequence as one of the ten best in recent years. "The sequence marries the song's urgency with shots of the characters using various high-tech modes of investigation."

- CSI and CSI: Miami executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer is profiled in an article by Laura M. Holson at the New York Times. The piece mostly deals with his feature film work, but touches on series such as CSI and Without a Trace.
