CSI: Crime Scene Investigation cast members will be in Las Vegas this week filming scenes for two of this season's biggest episodes.
Headliners William Petersen (Gil Grissom) and Marg Helgenberger (Catherine Willows) were required for location shoots for the penultimate outing, "No More Bets" (previously entitled "Who's Your Daddy?"), the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. They were joined by Gary Dourdan (Warrick Brown) and Paul Guilfoyle (Jim Brass).
Filming commenced yesterday and is expected to run until Thursday, April 8. Scenes will be filmed at the Rampart Casino, Main Street and Bonanza Gifts, among other Las Vegas locales. The team are also set to shoot sequences for this year's season finale, "Bloodlines".
Both episodes are set to feature pivotal moments for the CSI characters. In "No More Bets", Catherine's father, Sam Braun, will reportedly be the prime suspect in a murder investigation. The finale, "Bloodlines", involves a hard-hitting rape case that floors all the CSIs, especially Sara. The episodes will also resolve two long running plotlines: Nick and Sara's competition for the new "key position" and Greg's desire to get out of the lab and into the field.
"No More Bets" will likely air on May 13, followed by "Bloodlines" on May 20, but these airdates have not yet been confirmed. The original article can be found here at the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
