NCIS: LA, NCIS, NCIS: NOLA, Criminal Minds & CSI: Cyber

CSI: Cyber, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS, NCIS: New Orleans and Criminal Minds will air new episodes this week.

NCIS: Los Angeles kicks off the week with “An Unlocked Mind” tonight at 9:59pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode synopsis (more information here):

Kensi and Deeks go undercover as cult members to rescue a former Department of Defense employee brainwashed into revealing classified information, as the rest of the team works to prevent the cult from selling the government secrets.

NCIS will air “Saviors” on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

DiNozzo is reunited with his ex-girlfriend, Jeanne Benoit, when insurgents in Sudan attack a group of volunteer doctors, including her husband. DiNozzo and McGee travel to the crime scene for the joint murder and kidnapping case and join the search for the missing doctors.

NCIS: NOLA will follow at 9:00pm ET/PT on Tuesday. Here’s the description for “Confluence” (more information here):

Special Agent Pride and Sonja are ambushed and on the run after traveling to Texas to escort a key witness, Marc Maslow (Jay Thomas), for the trial of an infamous arms dealer that Pride apprehended.

On Wednesday, Criminal Minds offers “Target Rich” at 9:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

The BAU helps Rossi’s journalist daughter, Joy (Amber Stevens West), investigate the disappearance of a college student. Also, the team is alarmed when Giuseppe Montolo (Robert Neary) dies in prison after he warns Morgan about the “Dirty Dozen,” an underground group of hitmen, and JJ returns from maternity leave.

The seventh episode of CSI: Cyber’s second season is scheduled to air on Sunday at 10:30pm ET/10:00pm PT, due to expected football delays in the Eastern and Central timezones. The promo for “Corrupted Memory” is not yet available, but here is the synopsis, followed by the official details:

When someone breaks into a woman’s house and murders her while she is video chatting with her parents, Avery’s skills are tested when she interviews the only other witness, Tristan Jenkins, (Matt Lanter), an agoraphobic neighbor who is suffering from PTSD following the incident.

This is the first time Jerry Levine has directed CSI: Cyber, but he helmed two episodes of CSI: New York (“Flash Pop”, “Civilized Lies”). The script for “Corrupted Memory” was written by Co-Executive Producer Craig O’Neill and Executive Producer Pam Veasey, based on a story by Andrew Karlsruher. O’Neill has three previous writing credits for Cyber, most recently the season one finale, “Family Secrets”. Veasey penned four previous episodes, including the season two premiere, “Why-Fi”. The is the first writing credit for Karlsruher, who is listed as an “assistant to the producers” for season one’s “Ghost in the Machine”.

Matt Lanter was in the CSI episode “Fallen Idols” during the show’s seventh season, and VJ Foster guest-starred in season nine’s “Hog Heaven”. Lak Rana appeared in “Gone Baby Gone” during the seventh season of Miami. Bruce Nozick was in the CSI: NY episode “Cold Reveal” during season three. The other actors are new to the franchise.
