James Callis And Kate Danson Return To ‘CSI’
1 min readJames Callis and Kate Danson (daughter of leading man Ted Danson) will return to CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, I have learned exclusively.
Callis, who first appeared in last season’s finale “Skin in the Game” as journalist John Merchiston will return for this season’s thirteenth episode, “Boston Brakes.” Kate Danson, who guest-starred as lawyer Jill McDermott in last season’s “Sheltered” is also scheduled to appear in the installment. This time around McDermott’s character resurfaces as a representative for Merchiston, who finds himself involved in a matter of national security. The episode will also explore the aftermath of this season’s premiere “The Devil And DB Russell” and Finlay’s (we’ll see her condo!) connection to Merchiston. Christopher Barbour wrote the episode in which Eagle Egilsson is currently directing.
Also on tap to return in the episode: Jon Farless as CSI Tech Murph, last seen in “Turn On, Tune In, Drop Dead” and Matt Davis as Sean Yeager. “Boston Brakes” is scheduled to air in the new year.
