1 min readLegendary rock band Black Sabbath will perform a brand new song during CSI: Crime Scene Investigation’s season thirteen finale. (Minor spoilers after the jump!)
As CSI Files previously reported, the May 15 finale revolves around a series of murders that contain similarities to Dante’s Inferno. In the episode, DB Russell (Ted Danson) and Conrad Ecklie (Marc Vann) attend a Black Sabbath concert, and DB will share a scene with band members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler. The band will debut the song “End of the Beginning” from their upcoming album 13, which comes out June 11. You can check out first look photos from “Skin in the Game” here.
“When we first heard that Black Sabbath was interested in premiering a song on CSI from their first studio album in 35 years, we were all really excited. So many of us are longtime fans,” Executive Producer Don McGill said in a press release. “And seeing as the album is titled 13 and this is the finale of CSI’s Season 13, it seemed like the perfect match. We couldn’t be more thrilled.”
