The season finale of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “In a Dark, Dark House”, shared the top spot on Thursday, May 12. The episode pulled in 11.49 million viewers, which is up nearly a million viewers from last week. This was enough to put CSI ahead of Bones (11.00 million), Grey’s Anatomy (9.36 million), NBC’s combination of The Office (6.24 million) and Parks and Recreation (4.55 million), and the season finale of Nikita on the CW (1.94 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, CSI came in a distant fourth place with a 2.6 rating/7 share in the 9:00pm hour, although this was up slightly from the previous episode. Bones was first for the hour with 3.3/9, followed by Grey’s (3.1/8), NBC’s average of 2.8/8, CSI and Nikita (0.7/2).
