Christina Ricci Not Cast For ‘CSI’, Elisabeth Harnois To Appear

CSI Files previously reported that Christina Ricci would guest-star in an upcoming episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. However, Entertainment Weekly is now reporting that Ricci was never approached for the role—instead, the series has cast former Miami Medical actress Elisabeth Harnois to appear in the penultimate episode of the crime drama’s eleventh season. Harnois will play Conrad Ecklie’s (Marc Vann) estranged daughter, who works for the Los Angeles Police Department. The episode, which will air on May 5, is titled “Cello and Goodbye”. EW also reports that Harnois is expected to return to CSI in the fall to reprise her role.
