Fishburne Brings ‘Thurgood’ To DC & LA
1 min readCSI: Crime Scene Investigation‘s leading man Laurence Fishburne (Dr Ray Langston) will spend the summer performing George Stevens, Jr‘s Thurgood, which is a play about Chief Justice Thurgood Marshall. Marshall was the first African-American individual to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States. Fishburne will star in the one-man play from June 1-20 at the Eisenhower Theater at the John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. After that, the production will move to the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles, California from July 7-August 8.
